All photos are culled and then edited to enhance color, straighten horizon, tweak contrast & exposure, sometimes remove people in backgrounds and then all hi-rez jpg images are delivered to the end client by email (weblink) in about 9 business days after the shoot. There are no further or hidden charges or fees after you pay for you session. Upon requesting to book a session, a booking agreement with all the relevant session details (time, place, cost, length of shoot, directions, phone numbers, etc) is emailed to the client to review and accept along with an initial booking deposit payment (usually @ $100 via venmo/paypal depending on the total booking amount). Once the the agreement is approved and booking deposit is received you are all booked and ready to go. Ben will see you the day and time of the shoot and will follow back up and check in a day or so before the shoot.

Photography Pricing:
A group up to 5 people (after 5 people it’s an additional $25pp):
- $650 for 1hr
- $450 for 30 minutes
-$250 for a 15 minute mini session
Client gets all hi-rez jpg images delivered by email (weblink) in about 9 business days after the shoot.

Add on Drone-Aerial photos for an additional $175.

Video Pricing:
A group up to 5 people (after 5 people it’s an additional $25pp):
-$650 for 1hr session and client receives a 1 to 1.5 minute cinematic video set to music

  • Proposal plus 15 minute post engagement session= $450

  • Add on a circle-bed of tropical flower petals (romantic and helps the proposer know exactly where to pop the question)= $150

HDR window knockout photos (or Matterport) for condo or house up to 3 bedrooms on a normal yard= $400
4 bedrooms or larger (ohanas, larger land)= $500-$650
(photos usually delivered within 48 hrs)

Edited video set to music of house and surrounding grounds 1 minute= $650
2 minutes= $1,150
3 minutes= $1,650

Drone Pricing:
Vacant land (size dependent)= $300-$500
Add on drone to photo or video= $200

Commercial Real Estate Photography- Pricing (extensive drone-aerial plus standard photography)= $1,000 to $4,500

Single “amateur” photo session 2hrs (includes land water and drone) = $1,000.
Two 2 hr “amateur” photo sessions in one day (includes land water and drone)= $1,850
Full day outright surf photographer buyout (3-4 sessions “all day”- includes land water and drone)= $3,000
Video pricing for at least two 2 hour sessions (includes land water and drone). Client receives 2 minute video fully edited to music.
Commercial for hire= $2k half day rate/ $3.5k full day rate

1st hour of wedding coverage $800, each additional hour after 1st hour is $300 per hour. Ben also has a dedicated full wedding website for 1/2 and full day weddings.

Prices start at $700 for the 1st hr, $250 for each hour after.

  • For people (family portraits, couples, weddings, etc)- early am OR late afternoon through sunset are best.

    For Real Estate and drone/aerial- mid morning or early afternoon

  • For people (family portraits, couples, etc) etc you get all fully edited hi-rez jpg images delivered by email (weblink) in about 9 business days after the shoot.

    Real estate photos are usually ready within 48 hours (rush editing is an option).

    Video editing can take up to 2 +weeks

  • You can cancel with a full deposit refund up till 21 days prior to the shoot date.

  • Just accept/agree to booking agreement and remit a 25% deposit and you date and time are saved.
